Leadership has never been for the faint of heart.  With the information overload, competing priorities and management challenges of today leaders need their courage and wisdom now more than ever.  In this conversation we'll talk about the leadership mindset, the secret communication weapon most leaders miss, and creating alignment and engagement with employees. Aimed at the Directors, but anyone may attend.

Alyse’s entrepreneurial agility and creativity combined with corporate rigor and systems knowledge are essential parts ofher work as a coach and strategy consultant.

As a skilled coach and experienced business professional she provides expertise and system support in all areas related to business management. This includes system recommendations, marketing, business plan development and execution.The transformational coaching she provides is the secret sauce that moves her clients and their businesses from good to great.

With nearly two decades of experience as a corporate manager, entrepreneur, and coach, Alyse has consulted with businesses of every size and scope. She values working with business owners and entrepreneurs with high standards for performance and results. She knows how organizations work and recognizes the systematic and human stumbling blocks that often stand in the way of top performance. Her passion is in uncovering the ways to overcome these obstacles.

Alyse’s broad career experience includes her role as Human Resources and Training Director with a leading book company in Dayton, OH, Training Director for Books-a-Million, a Change Management Consultant for Accenture, a Global Scheduling Project Manager for Avenade Inc., and small business entrepreneur. She is a communications graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, OH and a Professional Certified Coach, PCC,through the International Coach Federation.

Take a cruise down the Muskingum river on the Lorena Sternwheeler!

ThLorena travels up the historic Muskingum River Water Trail and offers a relaxed and pleasant ride through wide waters, passing scenic woodlands just the way our ancestors did.

She has carried governors, Miss Americas, Pat Boone, and the Imperials. The Lorena weighs over 59 tons and is 104 feet long, 17 feet wide. 

The Lorena Sternwheeler is moored at Zane’s Landing Park at the west end of Market Street in downtown Zanesville.

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

A buffet dinner with dessert. Entertainment provided by Dr. Laura E. Schumann, Music Director and Conductor of the Southeastern Ohio Symphony Orchestra.

After dinner, you are welcome to tour the Roberta A. Smith Library. Staff will be available to provide tours.
