Emergency Contact Information
A system emergency is a situation in which Alma, Primo, or the off-campus proxy becomes inaccessible. If the OhioNet office is closed and you have determined a system is down, please call the number below and leave a voicemail with a detailed description of the service outage. You can expect a return phone call within two hours.
