Fines Paid
The fines paid data includes fines that were charged to OPAL patrons. The fines could be for OPAL or OhioLINK items. It does not include information about fines levied against OhioLINK patrons for OPAL or OhioLINK materials.
View Fines Paid
Choose Fines Paid from the function drop-down menu. Fill in the dates In Date Paid Between for the time span desired. Select your institution, All, or Select Location. Click View Fines Paid The report will run and load. The report contains a summary that includes:
- Overdue Paid
- Replacement Paid
- Manual Paid
- Total Paid
- Total Waived
Sort by clicking column heading of the desired sort column. Double click on any row to get the detail of that transaction. There is the option to print the detail of this page if a copy is needed.
Export the Report
Once the report has been created, click on the Export icon. The report can be exported in several formats. Select the desired format.
